What Materials We Use

Mack Prototype specializes in plastic prototyping and low volume production using different materials depending on the part requirements and manufacturing technology. Our team has experience processing engineered materials like ABS, Acetal, PC, and high-performance materials like Ultem™ and PEEK as well as composite Glass Filled and Carbon Fiber Filled materials.

Injection Molding
