Stereolithography (SLA)
Mack uses the SLA process to create accurate parts with a smooth finish for marketing, fit & function prototypes and production master patterns.
What is Stereolithography?
The Stereolithography (SLA) process is used best for small to large prototypes and master patterns. SLA is the first and oldest additive manufacturing technology that started in the early 1980s. Using thermoset resin materials, SLA creates accurate parts with a smooth finish, quickly and is most popular for creating master patterns, design models and prototypes.
